By placing an order with 3SIS Pizza — through our website, by phone, or in-store — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our ordering services.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we may contact you before preparing the order.

We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payments. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; your payment details are never stored on our systems. A minimum order value and delivery charge may apply, as displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with distance, kitchen load, and weather. We deliver only to supported areas around our outlets. Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number so our rider can find you quickly.

You may cancel an order before it is prepared or dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, or provide false information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious or abusive.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or damages beyond our reasonable control.
